Older Fabtech 2" front Level for 2001 7.3?

Hello all!

Tomorrow I am hoping to level the front end of my F250. I picked up a 2" level from a friend, shackles and the front hanger too. I do not have the front frame cross member and bumper brackets. Is this truly needed for a two inch level? I did measure them to ensure they are one two inches because fabtech does not make these anymore, here is pretty much the exact same thing I have

All input is welcome, and what kind of time frame should this take me, I have not done this before.
