Outer tie rod sleeve?

I have a 2006 f250 4x4 and I've been searching for the part I need for 3 days and I'm having no luck and don't want to buy the wrong parts. I need the tie rod bar connecting the left and right outer tie rods. I went to the ford dealer and they want 190$ for the left outer tie rod 170$ for the right outer tie rod and 160$ for what they call the long tie rod sleeve. To me that's way to much, and wondering if anyone knows where I can get them a lot cheaper.

The part your looking for is called the adjusting sleeve. Prices sound about right. You don't want to go cheap with the suspension parts on these trucks. If you buy the cheap stuff on eBay you will be sorry. These parts take a ton of force and wear on these heavy trucks where most of the weight is in the front. Personally I wouldn't but anything other than OEM or Moog.

If I were you I would call up Tousley Ford Parts Depot. They will make sure your getting the right part and generally have 30% off OEM MSRP.
