Precision Metal Fab Class Act !!

Lets give credit where credit is due, I recently purhased ICON springs and Bilstien 5160's from Trevor at PMF . After I received them I naturally went to work the next morning installing the pieces. After getting out the Driver side caster cam I found that the new ones supplied by Trevor were incorrect. I gave him a call Saturday AM and he imediately picked up as usual. I explained to him my perdicament and that i was stuck now because truck was apart. He asked for my Zip Code and my address and he would look for parts locally for me, I am in Upstate New York and he is in Tucson AZ. In about 1/2 an hour I received a call back from Trevor and he found the parts at a local NAPA store , they picked up from their warehouse and I had the parts about 3 hours later. Now this is what separates the Men and The Boys !! I had heard of Trevors reputation before I ordered. I am pleased that i decided to go with such a reputable and caring business and as you see it really does pay off. A Customer for Life. Jim Fullerton

PS. I am eagerly awaiting my PMF Traction Blocks and Bars !!
PMF dual steering stabilizer kit may be in my future.

I'll confirm and agree! Trevor is one of the best there is! Anyone who uses him for their parts is very well taken care of! We need to spread the word more and get the guy more biz! His stuff is quality and the best on the market in my opinion. He built the last truck i had and i have recently oredered all new stuff from him for my new truck! Trevor is the man!

Thanks man, I appreciate that. Im sorry that it had to happen in the first place. We have been doing everything we can to minimize the possibility of an error and still keep up with orders. Thanks for being understanding.

In reality things do happen. Its how we react that counts. I am positive that if i bought elsewhere my truck would probably still be on the stands. JIM

I've never been un happy with his parts, and at a random *** time of the day when I couldn't figure something out I called him and he picked right up even being a time zone away! +1 to him......I'm waiting for his '99-'03 steering stabilizer to come out

I will always be willing to spend more on parts if the store has the service to back it up. It why I shop at a local store here. They're usually 5% higher then anywhere else but they have sent their parts driver to my house with the proper part after something has gone wrong. Heck even one time they sent their installer to help me out cause i was in a bind. I offered to pay him for his time but he refused and so did they. (He got a flat of beer anyhow)

But I will say it again.

If the company provides great customer service. I will go there without really shopping around for prices. Why because service is what a customer needs
