The 2010+ Dodges are known to have front driveline vibration when lifted over 3". For an 8" kit I would suggest an indexing ring, have the front shaft lengthened 2" and re-balanced, and make sure that the caster is around 4 degrees positive.

I run the 4" Triple Threat kit on my 2008 F350. Although it rode pretty good with the 5100's it rides better with the Pure Prodigy 2.0 shocks (especially on washboard roads) since they are valved better to match this kit. They also hold up to the weather a ton better since they are aluminum.

I do not think Sky'd Ram is running traction bars on his '08 S.D. We will leave that subject alone! LOL.

Have a good Thanksgiving guys!

I am running a set of minipacks and the factory F350 blocks on my truck. The mini packs improved the ride, gave me about 2" of lift and do a good job of controlling wheel hop. I still get some axle wrap but as long as it doesn't result in wheelhop I am fine with it. That is running H&S tuning and the truck is a beast. Going to full leafs like are included in the Chase kits would improve the ride even further and help even more in controlling wheel hop.

Hey Guys I am about to install the coil over kit on my 2011 f250, I purchased it from Sky'd ram and had you guys build more travel in the the shocks and some leaf springs from atlas especially made to achieve 9"-10" of lift and clear 40's. My question is that I need a good starting measurement for the length of the upper and lower 4-link arms to get started. Also, how much caster do I need for the best performance? I was going to call you guys but I was searching around and found this thread. My name is Craig Haas and I am sure you remember building the kit... I tried to download installation instructions off your website but the link didn't work.

Thanks, Craig

Add about 1/16 of an inch to the upper arm measurement and 1/8" to the lower arm measurement for starting points.

We recommend approximately 4.5 degrees of caster for your application!
