Does this truck have a lift?

Does this truck have a lift?-uploadfromtaptalk1353078611355.jpg I bought the truck wrecked and have got it all finished. but the front axle sticks out an inch or two more on the passenger side than the drivers. It supposably had a 4 inch lift but I have no way of verifying it. Any help is appreciated.Does this truck have a lift?-uploadfromtaptalk1353078796570.jpg

look at the rear axle and measure the block a stock 250 will have a 2inch block with a bump stop .. if there is another block or a taller one then measure that to see what size lift

your image isn't good enough for Me to tell if it's a level kit or lift if any

PS the axle sticking out is an issue are you sure the frame is ok

typically when u lift a truck it shifts the axle to the driver side unless u put a drop trac bracket or adjustable trac bar in to correct

the black lower paint is also messing with my perspective

you could probably find a stocker to measure just measure from the axle center to wheel well top that will negate the tire size from affecting the #
