4" lift or leveling kit?

I've got an '02 F-350 with helper bags in the rear and only sitting on 32's right now....i want to be sitting comfortably on 35's with no rubbing. Ground to front fender on level ground is 40.5" and ground to rear is 44". I have the money for a 4" with dual stabilizer bars from pro comp but if i can get same result for less it would leave more money for other mods. Thank you and i your running something please post pictures so i can see how it looks
