Cheap easy way to lift rear end ?

I have a 97 F250 with a 4.25 RSK lift. The rear end sits about 1/4 - 1/2 " lower then the front end.

Do you guys know any way I could get an additional 1" lift in the back to get the rake to sit a litter higher in the back?

I really don't want to drop much money into this so the cheaper the better.
