Possible to lower a 4wd dually a few inches??
Please dont flame me for asking, but I was wondering if there is a way to lower a 4wd 99' crew cab dually a few inches and how? Normally I would not want to lower a 4wd but I am looking to buy one that has 24'' alcoas on it with a fairly low profile tire and it doesnt look bad,but it would look much better lowered about 2"

You could start by removing the rear blocks. I think if you flipped the front leafs, (leaf spring eye below leaf) it shoul provide some drop also. Again, I'm guessing on this part.

put excursion springs on the front, this will lower it about 2", but you will lose travel and bottom out more often.
