Can anyone tell me which Rancho shock is the direct factory replacement?

Not sure what the stock replacement is , as I haven't looked yet.
I can reassure you, that there are far superior socks for same or a hair more money. You will not regret ditching the ranchos at all.

I have looked at some others but they were alot more money, I have looked at the bilsteins for one of my other trucks. What would you recommend?

if stock , i would go with the bilsten HD ( yellow ) , if leveled run the 5100.

everyone says they are spendy, but the difference is evident ! lifetime warranty, on the HD , limited lifetime on the 5100 ( due to custom apps ). i am sure there are other ( MONROE< KYB< blah blah ) but believe me, you will not go rwrong with the bilstein, they come highly recommended for a reason. i know of some older Z71's still running ten year old shocks, take one off, and it still reacts as if new. unless you abuse these shocks ( over compress or over extend ) you will have no woriies, and not have to buy new shocks again.

I put Monroy HD's on my 95 F 350 for under $100.00. Then I towed a 6K 5th from Florida to Arizona. Still setting level.
