Alignment Cams
I have a 2005 f250 DR 2.5" coil, I went to get an alignment and they did not use the cams. They said they did not need them. Did they just not want to do them? Do I need these?

I was told the same thing so I went with it but didn't like the way it drove. So I had them put in and it seemed better. Maybe it was a mental thing but I swear it was easier to drive afterwards.

They are right, you don't NEED the cams at that height. It won't hurt the tread life of your tires. However, I personally had them change them out and the truck certainly drives MUCH better with the new ones.
