I have a rear block lift but the front end of my 06 F350's front end is a little higher...(13"gap from tire to flare in front 11.5" fap from tire to flare in rear) Would I be able to use airbags to level it out? would that stiffen the ride too much? or is there a better way to get the extra inch and a half? Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks :)

Try measuring from the from the top of the tire to the body line, I believe that the rear wheel openings are a little shorter than the fronts. If the rear opening is an inch shorter, this would explain your numbers. Personally, I always stepped back and examined either the running boards or how the body line flowed.
