Bilstein Shocks..

Hi everyone... I hope I'm not in a place unwelcome here (I'm a petrol man) but I have a conundrum regarding my F250's shocks and I have tried all avenue's to get the answers without success.

Here's my issue.
I have the following.
2001 2wd Petrol F250 XLT 2 door STD Cab 137inch wheel base V8 5.4. Stock Height suspension. Front coils with rear leaf sprung. Single shock per corner.

Our trucks in Oz were made in brazil. vin number 9BFHF20Z21B068470

The issue I have is I am unable to find if they exist a part number for Bilstein Shocks that will suit.

I believe I need the 4600 shock. I've been told that the correct Bilstein Part numbers are rear 24-185325: Extended- 24.75 inches, collapsed- 18.5 inches and front 24-197779: Extended- 22.75 inches, collapsed- 14 inches.
Rears are eye to eye and fronts are eye to pin.

The issue is if these lengths are correct then they won't fit. My current motorcraft stock shocks have a compressed length of 16.75 inches and extended 27.5 inches.

The fronts I haven't pulled out to do an overall measure but but I do know at a static standing position the trucks sits from centre of eye to the bolt face of bracket about 12.75 inches. If the above part numbers were correct at 14 inches collapsed they will never fit and these part numbers are wrong.

I've tried everything to get an answer including contacting Bilstein direct without success. I need to make sure the numbers are right as otherwise I'll order the parts and they'll be wrong when they arrive.

I know its a diesel forum but I'm hopeful someone may be able to shed some light, part number and dimensions that could help.
