Fitting 2012 leaf springs on a 2005
I have a 2005 CCSB and I acquired a set of 2012 springs that I plan to install. I've seen someone mention that they moved their stock hangers forward to fit the longer springs from a 08+ truck. Will my hangers work with the 2011-2012 springs and if so how do I properly loccate the hangers? It's my understanding that the 2011-2012 springs require the removal of my hangers to clear the clip on the latest springs and I would like to reuse them. Is there a template available to help drill the frame in the proper location?
