lift questions!!

i almost have my lift complete on my truck and have a few questions but first i will tell you what i have. i have a trailmaster 3" leveling kit along with an addaleaf in the front i also have a drop pitman arm and track bar bracket for a 4" lift. In the back i have my factory blocks along with 1 1/2" blocks. as it sits now the back is 1 1/2" lower so i just ordered a 5" block from summit to replace both of my stacked blocks in the back with one and level back out my truck. im looking at about a 5" lift altogether. do i need to worry about my driveshaft length? also im not sure if the block i ordered is wedge shaped to angle the rearend more towards the transfer case, but should it be? is there anything else i need to worry about nothing seems to be stretched tight like my brake lines or anything. thanks for any imput!
