Track Bar Bolt 2006

Hey guys. Need some help here. I started installing my 2.5" leveling kit on my 06' 4x4 when I ran into a snag. I don't have the correct metric socket to remove the driver size track bar bolt. Does anyone know what size socket I need to buy? Also, I read that several guys here used breaker bars to loosen the bolt...if I can get my hands on an impact gun with enough torque, would that be ok to use? Thanks.

my 2006 uses 1-3/16"

OK thanks, I knew it was in between a 1 1/8 and 1 1/4. I thought it was a metric size I needed. It seems most of the fasteners on these trucks are metric. What the hell?

It was probably designed by the same moron that did the air filter housing! God i hate cleaning my filter.

Yeah, 1 1/4 was a bit too big, I just used a 24" pipe wrench and managed not to mangle the nut that badly.

I have 30mm marked down in my phone for that bolt, I could be wrong mine is an 04.

Thanks for the help guys. Gotter done the other day...looks great. Now all I gotta do is slap some 35's on her!
