Dual Stabilizers causing moan and whine?

Hey guys, I recently put on Fox 2.0 dual steering stabilizers on my f-250. When I first put them on and tightened down I checked for clearence of shafts both ways and had no problems. Finished up some other stuff with truck and then started to back out of shop to test drive and it started moanin and whinin when i turned. Been doing it ever since and its driving me crazy. My truck has stock everything but lift so its not that loud and the moanin stands out. it sounds like driver side by the pitman arm area, but its not the pump. Are the shocks too stiff and need pressure let out and if so how do I do that? Thanks guys
