RIMZ ONE Good? Bad? Any Experience?

Looking to buy a new set of wheels and Rimzone has some killer deals,

Has anyone ever dealt with them?

What is your experience / opinion?

I've bought a few sets of wheels from them. Their customer service is great, and they do have great prices.

I got my rims and tires from them a couple months ago. No issues at all and great prices.

They are somewhat local to me, I have been there and can backup what the others have said. Straight up guys with a lot of inventory. I ended up going a different route, only because of my wheel choice, they didn't carry them.

I just bought new tires and rims from them. They sent the wrong lug nuts so I had to buy them locally to get my wheels and tires installed. They only gave me a credit for half of what I had to spend to get them locally. I won't do business with them again. Poor customer service!!!!

Did you give them the opportunity to send you new lug nuts?

I am guessing you wanted to mount your new wheels and tires right away (I can understand that) and went and bought lug nuts locally, then expected them to credit you full retail for a purchase somewhere else...

Unfortunate you got the wrong lug nuts for sure, but I wouldn't expect any company to do what you are asking for. I am betting you still came out cheaper than buying them elsewhere.
