What size lift do i have? PICS

hello, kind of a dumb question but i must know i have air bags in the back, and it looks like a leaf has been added also. the fornt has bilstein shocks on it, and does look to have some sort of leveling /lift kit on it. i would like to know, whats the biggest tire size for off roading i can stick under there. and what size tires i have now. i cant really get a huge 5 or 8 inch lift i want now, becuase i tow with this truck and i haul my dirtbikes in the bed. heres some pics of the truck, thanks for all the help!!
