Pitman Arm Installation and Ford Steering Box?
I'm in the process of installing an ICON 8" lift on my 2012 F250. I installed the drop pitman arm and torqued it to over 250 ft/lbs. Now when I grab onto the arm and pull on it there is slight movement that I believe is the steering box. Should there be a small amount of play in the steering box? Truck has less than 1000 miles on it right now.

Yes, there will be some 'mesh' in the gears in the box.
