Tired of my tires rubbing

I have a 06 with either a 4 or 4.5" lift running 37x13.50x20 toyo mt's, read lots of threads about adding a leveling kit, what else would i need to buy besides just adding the leveling kit and buying a new block for the rear?? The plan would be just to bump it up to a 6" Thanks for the help

Heres a picture of the truck
