Angry Steering

My steering locks up when going into a parking spot or when barley moving on my 05 f250 6.0

Has something to do with the power steering. I can't remember exactly what, but its a common problem. If your in park, foot off brake, can it turn? then try it with foot on brake. I want to say it is a weak pump or possibly collapsed lines. If I remember correctly, a new pump will only do the same thing in time. I've heard of people going to a hydraulic assist to cure the problem. My truck is extremely hard to turn with foot on brake, but turns fine without brake. Just something I've gotten used to, unfortunately...

If I'm stopped u can't turn the steering wheel at all. But I do have 35-12.50s on it.

Those tires shouldn't be an issue. When I had 365s on my 2003 it wouldn't steer at a stop on asphalt, but now that I have 315s, no issues.
