Question 2003 excursion steering gear adjustment?

Where is the adjustment screw/ bolt for the 03 excursion 6.0l steering gear. I was told by a mechanic to try and loosen it a 1/4 turn ( no more than 1/2 turn total)to help with my heavy steering issue. The excursion is aligned, and I just had a power steering pump installed today, the steering is a lot better but still on the heavy side? Any info or pictures as to where it is located and the easiest way to get to it would greatly be appreciated.

If you need to adjust the box, slightly loosen the 5/8in nut on top of the box (essentially a locking nut) and adjust the 3/16in allen stud/bolt an eighth of a turn at a time. Over adjusting can cause the gears to bind especially when fully turned to lock.

Remove the intercooler tube on the driver's side and there it is.
