Inner axle seal leak?

I have a liquid seeping out of my passenger side axle. It smells like gear oil.

What parts besides Motorcraft # F81Z-3254-CB will I need to change it out?

Also I'm worried about not being able to drive that seal.

Replaced many of those on big-rigs. Wheel seals aren't too hard to do. Give the wheel bearings a good look-over while they're out. There should be a special seal-driver for it available, see if your auto parts store will let you borrow one.
