Icon 4.5 Hanger to 8.5" or 6"

Hi Everyone,

Finally joined forum, but I have been a long time reader, and appreciate all the information on here from everyone.
First off, if this thread has been posted before I apologize in advance, just point me in the right direction.

I have a late model 99 f350 CC 7.3 with a 4.5 Icon hanger and shackle kit. I want to go either to a 6 or a 8 or 8.5 lift but I cannot get straight answers on what exactly is needed to achieve the 8.5" from what I have. I need like a parts list or something so when ordering I can just type it in the order page.

Also if money comes into play, since I understand some of the extra's that go into 8" of lift, I may settle for the 6" or 6.5", for a while, but would like the option (without buying a whole new kit) to jump to an 8 or 8.5" lift.
