Power steering issues

2000 ford excursion power steering issue
just replaced steering box about3 months ago. Now when you drive down the road excelerating, you take your hands off t he wheel and the steering wheel slightly jerks to the right all by itself. A strange noise is coming from the pump, i think
if anyone can help with this problem, i appreciate it. thanks

Have you rechecked the fluid level of the pump?

2001 - 14" OUO 525 - 38x15.5x20 Toyo & 20x12 Weld Cheyenne's. Hybrids, 38R, BTS, Spearco, Terminators..
