Sway Bar hitting Leaf Springs on an 04

On my passenger side my sway bars rubbing and bumping my leaf springs.. All the bushings look to be in tack and i don't get any clunks other that the collision... Could something be worn or is it as simple as loosing where it bolts the frame, yanking the bar over, and retightening?? Seems simple enough but doesn't seem like it'd last long.. Trucks got 100k and I've only had it for 5k so for all i know the things bent cuz it saw 5 seconds of air time
