Stock or not??

Was wondering if the suspension on my 2003 f350 dually is stock or not. First picture is of the front. Second is the rear. Sorry I know they are bad pictures.

Looks stock to me.

2002 ford f250 4x4 Lariat. Dark shadow gray with custom painted pearl silver with purple flames, 12.5" Icon lift with OneUpOffroad traction bar block system , OUO driveline drop bracket,Clocked transfer case, 38" MT claws on 18x10 weld dune 8 wheels. looks like the front is missing the sway bar

So if its add a leaf is it still factory heigh? Does the sway bar go on that bracket with the 2 studs on it?

Ya the sway bar bolts up there and should be a similar mount on the passenger side. If you still need help I can take a pic tomorrow of underneath my truck tomorrow when it is light out.

That would be great if you could do that. Could that cause my truck to have loose stearing and kind of wonder on the road? Also where do i get one?

The front spring pack looks too thick to be just an AAL. How many leaves are there? Stock would have 2.
