Stock or not??

Was wondering if the suspension on my 2003 f350 dually is stock or not. First picture is of the front. Second is the rear. Sorry I know they are bad pictures.

So if its add a leaf is it still factory heigh? Does the sway bar go on that bracket with the 2 studs on it?

Ya the sway bar bolts up there and should be a similar mount on the passenger side. If you still need help I can take a pic tomorrow of underneath my truck tomorrow when it is light out.

That would be great if you could do that. Could that cause my truck to have loose stearing and kind of wonder on the road? Also where do i get one?

Yes no sway bar and it will drive awful

The front spring pack looks too thick to be just an AAL. How many leaves are there? Stock would have 2.
