What brand of shocks are these???
i need to know what kind of shocks these are on my 2003 F350 dually. They are white with red boots. All they say on them is 925500 Explorer. And that is engraved on them. They are 13'' colapsed and 25'' extended. any help would be great

Either way, these shocks do not sound as if they are OEM. I know a lot of people that steer towards Ranco's when replacing their factory shocks. After a quick google search though, the first thing that pops up for "925500 Explorer" are Pro Comp's. I would contact Pro Comp and tell them what you have. Surely they can get you the identical shock...if you are happy with them, obviously.

Ha! Then I wouldnt worry about who makes them, or whats on it now!!
I personally like Rancho and Bilstein. I have had KYB's on cars, and they were good, but not sure about trucks. You ought to turn this post into a poll of what people like on their truck and match it up to what you mostly use your truck for (i.e-daily driver, towing machine, street, off-road, etc.) Just a thought... |

Sounds like Procomps with different boots. The real name of Procomp is Explorer Procomp.
