Best 4" lift for 2003 6.0L???

I am looking to lift my 2003 4x4 4 door FX4 Lariat up 4" to clear a set of 35" tires. I want to keep it as close to a factory ride quality as I can...or better if such a thing exists. I have found that Tuff country has a kit as well as BDS suspension. Does anyone know of any other brands and which one is the best quality and ride?

Oh, one more thing...Can I retain the factory 16" wheels and put 35" tires on them or do I HAVE to get new wheels with different backspacing?

Icon would be the way to go. But it costs a bit more. But they're quality systems that give you your money's worth. Not to sure about the wheels/tires.
