Icon adjustable trac bar

I have an Icon adjustable trac bar on my 07 and i recently went from an Icon leveling kit to a 3.5 inch lift up front thanks to a TEI spacer. I noticed the front axle was shifted so i tried to adjust it but the allen bolts stripped and i can't for the life of me get them off. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can get them loose? I've tried everything and none of it is working. Can i just cut it off and get a new collar and bolts?

that would be my last resort, you could cut off a few edges of the bolt to make a crescent wrench fit
