315/60 20 Lift needed?

I just picked up a 2000 Excursion 7.3 diesel with Toyo 315/60 20 tires and rims on it. to my eye, I do not see any evidence that the vehicle has had any lift modifications done, yet the tires fit perfectly. Doesn't the Excursion require a lift for these? Could I be missing something?

Thats equivalent to a 35 inch tire, which i thought wouldn't fit w/o a lift, due to rubbing. Do you have any pictures of it? specifically profile and undercarriage.

325/60 20 is 35.4" un mounted....so the 315 will be shy of that unmounted... my 35/12.50 20 m/t toyos are 34" mounted no rub on stock height.
