sway bar links

Ok everyone, I am new here, I have a 1999 F 350 Diesel 4x4 Dually. I need new front sway bar links, ( just easier than replacing the bushings) my truck was built in 7/98 and I know that may make a difference. I have seen part number 5K483 from Ford but not sure that is right and have seen part number K80041 for replacement aftermarket. The K80041 the ends are much smaller than what is on truck now so can someone help me with this?

Thanks, Tom
