my new 1994 f250 psd

hello everyone, I am new to the forum and to psd's but a long time doesel mechanic and 4 wheeler, I just got my truck 2 weeks ago with a 5 speed, allready had a single mass but a worn clutch and broken engine adapter plate (starter plate) allready replaced and new clutch. so the truck came with a 4" rough country lift but seems to squat in the rear by about 2". Allready got a dana 60 for the front and plan to replace all balljoints and bearings with cross over steering. my question is the suspension. i plan to to a shackle flip in the rear to loose the blocks and to improve ride, but what about the front, who makes a good shakle reverse for the front, will i gain height or loose by switching to the solid axle? I soon plan to replace the downpipe and exhaust, turbo, run hybrids, an adrenaline hpop and ts chip by gearhead, as well as an intercooler. any info on the sas and suspension would be greatly apreciated, and what do you all think of my power combo? thanks-J
