99-04 F250 leafspring to Coil conversion HELP!

I have an 01 F250 4x4 with a leafspring lift of 8.5, I just bought a front coil setup from a guy that had it on his 05. I got the upper frame brackets,coils,hoops,and front control arms all 05-07 parts. I need to know if the frame is the same from 99-07? I know the front axle is different obviously for the coils but im either buying a 05-07 front end or getting the parts made for my axle. If the frame is different I may sell the kit and stick with my setup. any help/input would be nice

well most people just do the axle swap and almost exerything from the 05-07 bolts right in so I'm pretty sure the frames are the same

No major issues..you can use '05 up axles even on a OBS,,frames basically the same...we do these swaps.

You need the '05 up axles and correct offset rims.

Trying to resurrect a dead thread, i am interested in putting an 05+ axle set under my 02. has anyone done the swap with a full new set of axles and has pics or writeup for it. i would like to know how much is actually involved in doing it. i would like to put a coil spring axle under my truck with a 6" lift. any help here?
