wobble issue

Hey everyone, alright well while my truck was stock the truck would have a death wobble type issue, I replaced the tie rods and had it aligned and tires balanced. Still had an issue, mostly when braking or hitting a bump it will start shaking and it sucks. I put the rough country 3" lift and RC dual steering stabilizer and still have the same issue. Track bar is tight, nothing looks worn, ball joints still look tight, and just when driving in general you can feel a lot of feedback in the wheel. Any ideas?
