V-code F-code X-code wich to choose?

For the last days I was gathering info from multiple forums, just to get better knowledge on what are the suspension options. BTW the truck is a 2002 7,3l 4x4 excursion

Usually im patient I search all the info by my self and when the time is right, i know what to do.

Ive own the truck for not even 2 months. It rides rough but I told my self(( Hey its a truck w/ leaf springs and solid axle what do expect))

But today i have notice that my front spings are arching the other way and they're touching the bumpstops. I would says that Im comfortable with the ride quality but the thing that worries me is causing damage to the vehicule.
Can it cause any damages?

I guess I will need a crash course on the spring options.
If that can help, I dont tow anything and I dont go offroad except hunting trails.

I'm not sure about Excursion's but I have V codes on my F-250. I think the EX's take a different spring. Check W/ CT Performance, I think they have a good setup for EX's.
