6" lift questions

Guys and Gals,
Got a lift question. A friend of mine wants to trade his 6 inch Superlift kit from a 08 F250 for my 08 F350 LB stock kit. Sounds good right!? Questions are does this amount of lift lessen gas milage? Do I need any additional parts? He is willing to straight trade this lift with Bilstien shocks for my stock kit. Also, is thinking about trading his Nitro Grapplers for my Firestones. I am new to diesels AND lifts. Any advice, kind or harsh, will be greatly appreciated.

Arrow

If it didn't suck for some reason, he wouldn't want to trade it.

Go drive it. See how it rides through pot holes.
