03 F350 Leveling kit ?

Hi all looking at doing either a leveling kit or a 4" hanger shackle kit. Which one would offer the best ride? The truck in question is a 03 f350 CCLB. I measured the difference from front to rear and its right at 4". So will a leveling kit still look ok or should I do a 4-4.5 lift?

Im going to use 35" tires under the truck just so you know!
