Help finding lift height

Ok.. I just bought a 01 350 and not sure of the lift size cause i'd like to know my options on tire size. I have 37 13.5 Toyo's on it and they do rub quite a bit. I was wondering if anyone out there knows a way to measure the lift... I measured the block above the back axle and its about 3.5.. I've attached pics.. just hope they work, as I am a rook to this forum.. and diesels! Thanks for the help

when do they rub, at full turn?? Looks to me like you prol have somewhere between a 4-6 inch lift. Probably a back spacing issue on the rims.
