Question Suspension newb need some advice/truck build

I have an 05 F350 FX4 with 185000 KMS (not miles) and I can slowly feel the front end deteriorate. I purchased it from a dealer about 4000 kms ago, all stock, and not sure how long the suspension has been taking a beating. I would like to know what I should look into replacing and what my best options are. I hear billstein shocks are the bees knees so perhaps thats a direction I should point myself in? thanks for the advice!

all stock except the 4" turboback. there's been a clunking underneath the front driverside seems like right under the pedals, this happens when I hit bumps mostly at an angle. Ive been told it could be sway bar?

yes u need to replace the sway bar bushing it sounds like
they are up right beneath the radiator and intercooler, there is a black collar around a bushing. sometimes the bushing comes completely out of the collar

Bilsteins, bushings, Unit bearings and ball joints should be looked at.
