rear end slop over mild bumps?

Got a 2000 cc sb srw 7.3 4x4 and the rear end seems to just float over mild bumps and take decent sized bumps pretty damn harsh. my front end rides well, with relatively new rough country leveling springs and dual hydro shocks on each side, the rear end has 2 hydro shocks as well that were installed when idid the leveling kit. im wondering if my rear leaf spring bushings are bad, but im not sure how to diagnose a bad leaf spring bushing.

On another note, if i grab the bed of my truck and push it back and forth real hard, i get a pretty damn loud clank coming from the rear axle hubs on both sides. Would that be from too much play in the ring and pinion?
