spacer with 6" lift

I was looking on the Fabtech website and there does not seem to be much difference between the 6" basic and the 8" basic other than bigger front coil and add-a-leafs. Could I just add a 2" spacer and add-a-leaf to my current 6" fabtech lift? I know many people are not a fan of spacers but my truck is almost never off-road. I saw in another post where someone wanted to do this to increase their 8" to a 10" and it was recommended to get an adjustable trac bar, would this be needed in my situation too?

Thanks

If you go only 2 more inches, the track bar for the 6 inch kit will be fine. Even off road you wont have a problem with it.

I recently got new bilsteins for my 6" lift, since I never offroad would they work with the added spacer? I believe the length is 16.33-26.6"
