96 F250 PSD w/ 287000 miles/ Need front end rebuilt

So I went to Dealer to get my oil changed, I asked them to check my front end I knew I was going to have to do something up their.
They told me I needed Inner & outer tie rod ends, Upper and lower ball joints, basically a complete front end rebuild approx $2400 the front tires are pigeon towed and wearing tires down This is a very clean straight truck and runs great, even with teh miles, The only reason I bring it to dealer is a complete oil change lube and fluid check is $69 bucks .....I work on all of my own rigs I was wondering what parts would cost to do a complete rebuild I know I could do it myself except Alignment. anyone know what causes the pigeon tow? I know its not ball joints. I need to fix this so I can put tires on it. I was even thinking doing a little at a time a rolling rebuild as I need to have this on the road most days, I pondered selling it.

I bought all Moog parts
Ball Joints (upper & lower both sides)
Tie rod ends
Radius arm kit
Pivot bushings
new axle u joints
Front main seal. ( nothing to do with front end mine is leaking a little
