2003 F-250 6.0L front end swap

Looking to do a Fabtec 6" lift and I would really like to do away with the leaf springs up front. Is it an easy swap to install 05 coil over front end or do I have to get a new axle.

you will need a long list of parts.. including new axles.... it would be easier to just buy a 4 link coil conversion kit that mounts to your axle

I just did mine on a 02 it was pretty easy. Here is a post from PSN Pics 05 axles 02 truck. - PowerStrokeNation

The ride is better with the coil springs but the best part of the conversion is the turning radius. You wont get that with your current axcel and new springs
