Lift Questions for OBS F350

I have been searching forever trying to find something on a certain question for lifting my truck. This forum seemed to pop up the most so I thought it would be the ideal place to get some information.

So i have a 97 F350 crew cab with 35s and i want to lift it a good 4-6". But i dont feel like spending alot of $$$. Some of you might say, what you pay for is the quality you get, personally, the stock ride in my truck is fine for now.

Does anyone have pictures of their OBS shackle lift? Not really concerned with height cause i just want to see the actual shackle. I want to fabricate my own and need some ideas...
