problems with ICON

Just wondering if anybody else is having problems with icon lift on backorder for 08+ lift kits??? I placed my order with top gun customz on 11/10 for the 4.5" leveling kit and still have not got shipping confirmation. Top gun says the rear shocks and pan hard bar are not in stock with manufacturer. Anybody else out there with same issues? I emailed icon about stock status to no reply.

I always call Icon, which seems to work well to get ahold of them quickly.

Adjustable trac bars currently are on backorder with them. Not sure for exactly how long as we generally try and keep some in stock.
Not sure about the rear shocks.

crazy. Pretty frustrating as I have nothing to show for a $1800 bill/interest on a credit card. Oh well, I guess I live and learn. Icon should always have positive stock.

Icon tries to keep stock, as do a lot of dealers but sometimes you get sold out though.

Some places don't charge until your order actually ships though.
