So, school me on coilovers. Going up to 14"...

Like that title states, I want to go up to 14". I'm gonna go with 2.5" F-O-A coilovers with Rize buckets. I have no idea what travel I need or what springs I need to acquire this. I know a lot about shocks as far as travel goes, but as for a coilover since it's suspending my truck... I don't know where to start. Can someone help me out and tell me what size I'll need to gain 14" of lift and what springs I'll need? And teach me a little about it so I won't have to ask this question again haha.
