Adding more in the front!

I got a 4" lift by rough country and the fronts sagging. My friend said that you could take the original springs and cut them up for more clearence but I also heard thats a bad idea. what can I do its saggin pretty bad! Thanks!

Is there any way to add a leaf for the front and give you more in the back somehow?

You could add longer shackles to the front or possibly have the springs re-arched.

Rearching springs will just resag. hangers best option or new Icon springs..

im in kind of the same boat, looking for just a few more inches lift in the front though, i already have a leaf pack that was 2.5 in leveling kit up front, could i add longer shackles or an add-a-leaf and still be a safe, dependable, comfortable ride?

Yes..since you have already lifted 2.5" you could use 2-3" hangers but will need a drop pitman arm, longer sway bar drops, drop track bar bracket and more than likely longer shocks..PM if I can help.

Hey Cary, I got the 4" lift can I just add the shackles for the front and rear and be all set ? I have the drag link relocator and longer shocks. I would assume I would need brake lines and a drop pitman arm.... How much would it cost for shackles?

Is there any way I just add to my 4 " Rough Country Lift both front and Rear? Maybe a 2 in the front and a 1.5 in the rear cus the front is sagging? What about an add a leaf for the front and a block in the back?
