Need New shocks for 8" lift... Help.
I have an 03 King Ranch and bought this truck a yr or so ago and my front shocks are busted and need to be replaced... I have had Rancho shocks before on my 4" lifted F150 and liked them, but dont know how good Ranchos are on F250's. Ranchos dont make an exact application for 8" worth of lift, but they make a general shock that is really close to my current Pro Comp Shocks. Here are the settings:
Pro Comps (currently installed) Front: Collapsed 17.3" and extended 29.8" and rear is 18.8" and 35" approximately... The ranchos i am looking at are 18" and 29.125" in the front and 19.75" and 33.75" in the rear. So my questions are will those ranchos fit? If so, are they a good shock setup for 250's? And if not, what is the best shock set up for F-250's? All help appreciated, and thanks in advance... Matt |

I would go with bilsteins. They are reasonably priced for the quality that you get.

IMO..Rancho's are just cheap shocks, Bilsteins just a little more and much better. PM sent on pricing.
