clicking/binding while turning right
progressivley getting worse, while turning my truck to make a right turn, it sounds as if there is a clicking/binding sound. also when i first put the truck in drive and it starts to take off occasinally there is a clunk , sounds like it's coming from underneath the cab. any ideas?

Checked all u-joints, Ball joints and tie rods don't seem to have major play and the links are new.

This may sound dumb but did you check to make sure that your hubs are not locked

Hubs can stay locked, and shouldn't bind. Truck will only bind when its in 4WD. Its they are locked, you may here UJoints clicking though

With mine locked but not in 4WD mine make noise too and will still try to bind up sharp turns. This is with a brand new dynatrac free spin kit too.
